About this community

Pike Lake, an oxbow lake nestled within the RM of Vanscoy No. 345 in Saskatchewan, lies approximately 36 kilometers south of downtown Saskatoon, situated 2.5 kilometers west of the South Saskatchewan River. Positioned within the aspen parkland transitional biome, Pike Lake resides in the unique ecological region between prairie and boreal forest, within Palliser's Triangle.

Pike Lake Provincial Park serves as the primary attraction on the lake, offering visitors a wealth of recreational opportunities. The park features a spacious campground boasting 222 sites, an outdoor pool complete with a waterslide, mini-golf facilities, a 1.5-kilometer nature trail, fishing spots, and beach access.

Nestled at the northern tip of the lake lies Camp Seeonee, a camp operated by Scouts Canada. Comprising two villages equipped with cabins, campgrounds, picnic areas, and outdoor camp kitchens, Camp Seeonee provides a scenic and immersive outdoor experience for campers.
